Stuffed beyond the normal sense of the word. The Malave's - I don't think you could have better hosts. Cesar is one crazy cook - and he insists you eat while he continues cooking - even though you were there to learn. If you have not tried this dish - you really should. Paco is right though - it probably will kill you - or at least make you *really* large (but happy) at some point if you don't practice some control. Next we will have to try and recreate a Malave Mojito... Yes - this drink must have nuances no other has. ;-) Chuy and myself *did* make it home. Stuffed beyond the normal sense of the word.
